(XI. 3.) E\u00fcM rendelet<\/strong> szab\u00e1lyozza, amely kifejezetten a k\u00e9perny\u0151 el\u0151tti munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9sre f\u00f3kusz\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f Legfontosabb munkav\u00e9delmi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok (ICT \u00e9s Iroda)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Magyarorsz\u00e1gon a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak k\u00f6teless\u00e9ge biztos\u00edtani az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges \u00e9s biztons\u00e1gos munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s felt\u00e9teleit, legyen sz\u00f3 irod\u00e1r\u00f3l vagy (meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s szerint) home office-r\u00f3l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>K\u00e9perny\u0151s munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s szab\u00e1lyai:<\/strong> A napi munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s sor\u00e1n \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt legal\u00e1bb <strong>10 perces \u00f6sszevont sz\u00fcnetet<\/strong> kell biztos\u00edtani, amikor a dolgoz\u00f3 elhagyja a k\u00e9perny\u0151t. A t\u00e9nyleges napi k\u00e9perny\u0151 el\u0151tti munkaid\u0151 nem haladhatja meg a napi 6 \u00f3r\u00e1t (b\u00e1r a gyakorlatban ez ink\u00e1bb a folyamatos f\u00f3kuszra vonatkozik).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Szem\u00e9szeti ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s:<\/strong> A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 k\u00f6teles a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3t szem\u00e9szeti szakvizsg\u00e1latra k\u00fcldeni a munk\u00e1ba \u00e1ll\u00e1skor, majd k\u00e9t\u00e9vente. Ha a vizsg\u00e1lat indokolja, a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak meg kell t\u00e9r\u00edtenie az <strong>\u00e9lesl\u00e1t\u00e1st biztos\u00edt\u00f3 szem\u00fcveg<\/strong> (munkaszem\u00fcveg) k\u00f6lts\u00e9geit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ergon\u00f3miai k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek:<\/strong> Az asztalnak t\u00fckr\u00f6z\u0151d\u00e9smentesnek, a sz\u00e9knek pedig \u00e1ll\u00edthat\u00f3 magass\u00e1g\u00fanak \u00e9s d\u00f6nthet\u0151 h\u00e1tt\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00fanak kell lennie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Home Office (T\u00e1vmunka):<\/strong> A 2022-es jogszab\u00e1lyv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok \u00f3ta a t\u00e1vmunka sor\u00e1n a munkav\u00e9delmi szab\u00e1lyok betart\u00e1sa k\u00f6z\u00f6s felel\u0151ss\u00e9g.
